AAN-ABN

The American Association of Neurology Meeting in Boston seamlessly becomes the Association of British Neurology from Liverpool.

Here's the Programme (CLICK)

The burnng debate is "Should the Lublin 2013 Criteria (Active MS verses Non-Active MS) be the mainstay of UK treatment paradigm" when perhaps it should have been "Should BlueTeq.com be in charge of the MS treatment paradigm", because until NICE get its act together they could have this debate in 2018 too.

Not sure what hot news if any will appear..unless DrK gets in a fight:-). Watch the Twitter.

  1. Are the fish in the coat of arms spineless? Do they lack a backbone?

    1. HaHa The alternative ABN coat of arms was drawn a few years ago can't remember why and they are amphioux-the Lancet and not a Seahorse.

    2. If I may be pedantic, that's Amphioxus or Lancelet, with a notochord not a backbone. Used as an example of the evolution of vertebrates as taught to me many years ago.

  2. I assume MD is calling British neurologists spineless. Any idea what the pooch represents? Possibly a lap dog? Pharma lap dog?
